Objective: to inform the clients services officer that the problems regarding the car bomb deficiency will be solved as soon as possible.
Targeted time: four months—one month to find the items needed to replace the defective ones in the car bomb, three months to install and test it.

I’d like to inform you that we have been receiving constant negative feedbacks from our customers. We want to give them the best in terms of quality in order to develop our company. Yesterday, I received an email with several attachments of those feedbacks. I came across one of the most important problems in our cars which are the car bombs.
 Therefore, I sent an email to the head of the engineering system of our company, and he replied that after checking the bombs he found that the manufactory we are importing them from is selling us bad quality bombs.
The only solution available now is to stop dealing with this company and start dealing with alternative Manufactory right away. I have asked for a list of the most well-known trusted Manufactories. I will send it to you as soon as I have it. To conclude, I am asking you to please cancel the contract we have with that company.
