First the Managerial Writing

Objective: to inform the manager about the defects and problems the customers complain about in the car bomb of the cars that our company manufactures and to ask for his approval to start the fixing phase of these issues.

Targeted time: four months—one month to find the items needed to replace the defective ones in the car bomb, three months to install and test it.

The recipient: the manager of TOYOTA, cars manufacturer.

 Draft:

I’d like to inform you that we have been receiving constant negative feedbacks from our customers. We want to give them the best in terms of quality in order to develop our company. Yesterday, I received an email with several attachments of those feedbacks. I came across one of the most important problems in our cars which are the car bombs.

 Therefore, I sent an email to the head of the engineering system of our company, and he replied that after checking the bombs he found that the manufactory we are importing them from is selling us bad quality bombs.

The only solution available now is to stop dealing with this company and start dealing with alternative Manufactory right away. I have asked for a list of the most well-known trusted Manufactories. I will send it to you as soon as I have it. To conclude, I am asking you to please cancel the contract we have with that company.
